ITAC is dedicated to bringing its clients the latest in engineering and construction technology. From design to project closeout, ITAC's diverse and flexible team has the skills and expertise to efficiently execute every stage of a construction project to the customer's satisfaction. ITAC's headquarters in Chester, VA, boasts a 60,000 square foot office and a 26,000 square foot fabrication facility. Today, ITAC employs over 150 engineers, designers, and project and construction managers and over 175 self-perform electrical and mechanical personnel.

Thanks to our superb leadership and innovative staff, ITAC is proud to be one of the strongest vertically integrated design/build firms in Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region.

The Bottom Line – Quality Assurance, Competitive Pricing, and Customer Service

Along with project safety, we demand of ourselves product and service quality, customer satisfaction, and competitive and efficient project execution. Our projects are engineering-led and construction-driven, ensuring quality in our design while minimizing the costs of engineering and maximizing the depth of our construction input.  We understand that quality must be both designed-in as well as built-in to our services.  At the same time, our costs and pricing allow us to thrive in a competitive environment such that we add new customers each year and expand our offerings across the mid-Atlantic region.

ITAC's capacity for project scope and size includes the small, single discipline project all the way to managing multi-million dollar turn-key design/build projects.  Our largest design-build project to-date is valued at $100MM; seventy-five percent of our day-to-day work, however, is with projects valued at $100,000 or less.

We are open to discuss a wide range of project opportunities.  Please give us a call to learn more.

At ITAC, we take our responsibility to the public and to the environment very seriously. We believe that it is our duty to give back to the community that has made us a successful company for the past 20 years.

ITAC and Habitat for Humanity (HFH) host Charity Golf Tournaments

Through the ITAC-HFH Charity Golf Tournaments, we have supported the construction of Richmond area homes for the underprivileged for the past fifteen years. Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit ecumenical organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing from the world. It provides decent housing to partner families through no-profit, no-interest loans. Costs are kept down through the use of volunteer labor and donated materials. The mortgage payments go into a revolving Fund for Humanity which builds more homes. In addition to mortgage payments, partner families invest "sweat equity" in building for HFH.
