Employee Insights

I was attracted to ITAC for the breadth of companies they do business with. Working here has given me the opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects throughout different industries, which allows me to see many facets of engineering that I did not know prior. Coming in as an entry level engineer, I ask a lot of questions. My colleagues are patient in answering all of them because they genuinely care and are invested in my learning. It’s that caring, family-like culture that makes ITAC what it is. ” - Meghna Talluri, Mechanical Associate
