  • Continuously pursue additional opportunities for Design/Build, EPC (M), engineering and construction services.
  • Assist construction and engineering operations in pursuing and pricing new work.
  • Ensure proper communications to inform customers on project progress, expenditures relative to budget and schedule, and meeting customer expectations; actively repair project and client issues as needed.

Civil Engineer, PE

Process Engineer

Corporate Staff Attorney

LOCATION

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contract Development, Negotiation, and Review – to be performed internally and with outside legal resources for specific expertise when necessary and involves drafting, reviewing, revising, providing counsel on and negotiating contracts, requests for proposal, reports, and other legal documents including without limitation:

    • Provide legal review and guidance on corporate ownership documents, including shareholder agreements, buy-sell transactions, employment agreements, ESOP requirements, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from accredited law school and undergraduate degree from accredited university
  • Experience with corporate law and transactions required; experience in tax law and/or accounting desired
  • Three+ years of experience practicing law
  • Proven comparable expertise providing legal counsel to business/corporate clients
