ITAC has served Advanced Manufacturing clients since the early 1990s. We understand that protecting product, brand, and homeland security is critical when designing and building upgrades and expansions in these types of facilities. Many of our engineers and constructors have had long-term project assignments or worked directly for Advanced Manufacturing clients.  They have extensive knowledge of facility designs, process validation, FDA, quality, and cleanliness requirements.

From concept to start-up, we offer integrated design-build services including a self-perform construction option. In these regulated and often hazardous environments, ITAC’s construction team is focused on reducing risk with sound safety practices and delivering high-quality work that meets your specifications and deadlines. We collaborate with both domestic and international OEMs on safe and efficient installations. Our automation, integration, and control system capabilities allow us to provide owners with high-functioning processes, facilities, and utility systems designed for ideal operability and maintainability.

We specialize in designing, installing, and upgrading advanced manufacturing processes, packing, material handling, waste and reclaim, fume and vapor removal, and utility and facility infrastructure systems. Since 2016, the US Navy has trusted us with designing and constructing enhanced facility and fixture designs throughout the United States. In addition to private and government shipyards, our diverse client list includes manufacturers of optical fiber, glass, consumer products, government facilities, cold storage, and nonwovens.
