Adrienne A. Taylor-Parham is a positive, growth and change advocate with over 25 years of experience in industries including banking, the military, manufacturing, nonprofits, IT, and healthcare. She is a hands-on, proactive leader accomplished in fostering meaningful relationships. In her role as Director of Leadership Development & HR Solutions she plans, develops, and directs strategic HR initiatives, policies, and surveys. She leads and mentors the Employee Services staff and guides senior leaders and managers in creating goals and executing effective strategies to attract, inspire, and develop top talent across the organization. Adrienne is relentlessly committed to, effectively communicates, and champions the ITAC mission, vision, values, and purpose. She focuses on measurable, sustainable process improvement, and provides trusted advice, counsel, recommendations, and best practices. She is a good steward, curtails costs, automates HR system efficiencies, and drives organizational success through fair and equitable HR programs.

Adrienne describes herself as a high-energy, results-driven, professional problem solver, compassionate listener, courageous lion, and encouraging cheerleader with a customer-centric and caring focus. She is motivated by challenges and never accepts the status quo. She is passionate about leadership development, engagement, and the “total employee experience.” Adrienne feels a sense of accomplishment in bringing out the best in people and helping them to reach their full potential. She leads by example with personal qualities of integrity, courage, and grit. She enjoys bringing diverse groups together to collaborate in work that creates “impossible possibilities.”

Adrienne has always been an avid reader and life-long learner. She spent over 14 years in the Marine Corps Reserves and excelled through the enlisted ranks to Gunnery Sergeant (E-7). Adrienne and her husband, Mike, have been married since 1999. Together, they enjoy being a part of the RVA running community, including marathons, sprinting, and everything in between, cycling, dancing, cooking, laughing, traveling, meeting new people, building relationships along the way, and exploring new adventures to create lasting memories. She is a member of numerous organizations and charities, and volunteers wherever is needed, no matter the task. For Adrienne, life is about Faith, Family, Fitness, Friendship, Fun, and Fellowship!
