Ann Coker

Ann Coker has always been a detailed-oriented, process driven person.  A long-time Chester, VA resident, Ann first began working for ITAC during her college years.  After earning a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Longwood University in Farmville, VA with Summa Cum Laude honors she worked at a market research firm for 2 years before coming back to ITAC to begin her accounting career.  She started out in ITAC’s accounting department processing payroll and over the 20+ years she has been at ITAC has worked her way up the Director of Project Accounting and Processes.

Ann is passionate about making sure ITAC is doing processes in the most efficient way to save time and money.  She drives the “How” of ITAC’s Assured Project Management model to help create a consistent client experience throughout all ITAC’s services.  Ann’s manages the Project Accounting department with the main goal to provide our clients (both internal and external) the best customer service.   ITAC’s Project Accounting department works hard to ensure our clients receive timely and accurate invoices based upon the agreed upon contract and are satisfied with our service.

When Ann is not developing processes and procedures and managing the Project Accounting department, she is currently serving on the Chesterfield County School Board and Chester YMCA Board.  Ann currently resides in Chester, Virginia with her husband and 4 children.  She loves to paint, watch movies and hang out with family and friends.
