DIRECTOR, CAROLINA OPERATIONS

With over 25 years of experience providing innovative solutions, Brian Davis believes that every project is unique and, therefore, every solution is unique. This creates an excitement within his team and clients to work together to accomplish great things. As Director of Carolina Operations, Brian provides direction, collaborates, and leads all Design Build resources and processes associated with the Carolinas clients and projects. He ensures the right people are in the correct roles to provide dependable outcomes, creating Raving Fans and satisfied employees. Brian is passionate about growing revenue and profits so that ITAC continues to provide a challenging and exciting place for the ITAC family to work.

With Brian’s knowledge of and vast experience in the industry and markets that ITAC serves, he knows that ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty is paramount to success and represents what ITAC believes in. Having managed large multi-disciplined EPC project teams, he knows the importance of positive client-relationship; these relationships have resulted in completing over twenty design-build contracts that range from $5 to $60 MM. Brian involves a diverse team to evaluate each area of a project and defines clear expectations to obtain assured results. He believes that creating clear goals and expectations, assessing and mitigating risk, and maintaining transparent communication are critical to ensuring success.

Brian is a relationship-based person who listens first, cares about people, and considers how our performance impacts our clients and team members. His passion extends beyond the office; he has served on the Board of Engineering and Construction Contracting (ECC) as liaison with the ECC Board and Future Leaders Program. In his community Brian serves as Deacon at his church and leads men’s Bible study groups. Brian is family focused and is an avid sportsman. Brian supports charity events such as PVA fishing tournaments, golf events, Habitat, Taylors community improvement, and more.
