With over 30 years of experience delivering innovative solutions, Brian Davis believes that every project is unique, and every solution should be too. This mindset fuels excitement within his team and inspires collaboration with clients to achieve great results. As Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, Brian leverages his operational excellence background to drive clear direction, strategic vision, and proven growth initiatives across ITAC’s markets.  As a “listen first” leader, Brian focuses on truly understanding client needs, delivering innovative solutions that lead to strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Brian’s deep knowledge of the industries and markets ITAC serves has shaped his strong belief that ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty are essential to success both personally and professionally. Having led large, multi-discipline EPC project teams, he understands the critical importance of positive client relationships, resulting in the successful completion of more than twenty design-build projects ranging from $5 million to $60 million. Brian believes that setting clear expectations, assessing and mitigating risk, and maintaining transparent communication are vital to achieving project success.

Relationship-driven at his core, Brian cares deeply about people, our performance, and the lasting impact ITAC’s work has on clients and team members alike. Outside of ITAC, Brian has served as a Board Liaison for the Engineering and Construction Contracting (ECC) Association, working closely with the ECC Board and Future Leaders Program. He is actively involved in his community as a Deacon at his church, a leader of men’s Bible study groups, and a supporter of numerous charitable organizations, including PVA fishing tournaments, David’s Table, Kingsmen Baseball, Habitat for Humanity, and Taylors community initiatives. Brian is family-focused and enjoys time outdoors as an avid sportsman.
