Currently, Greg serves as Vice President of Construction where he is responsible for ITAC’s self-perform mechanical and electrical construction services. As an engineer and construction professional, Greg is focused on supporting ITAC’s engineering and construction teams to continue building the company’s robust Design-Build and EPC portfolio.
Leadership is solving problems. The day employees stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.
