Joseph Kilburn

SR. DIRECTOR, PROJECT CONTROLS  & PROJECT SERVICES | ASSOCIATE

Joseph has always been dedicated to putting forth his best effort in any role he occupies. Growing up, he worked as a camp counselor and performed lawn care in his neighborhood. After graduating from Liberty University in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and Finance, Joseph joined ITAC as an assistant project controller.

During his time in the Project Accounting Department, Joseph was promoted to Project Accounting and Financial Manager. In this role, he collaborated with various departments, including Project Controls, Finance, Procurement, Specialty Services, Construction, and Engineering, to ensure projects were completed within budget while maintaining strong company cash flow. It was during these cross-departmental meetings that Joseph developed a keen interest in Project Controls.

As the Director of Project Controls, Joseph is passionate about job forecasting, keeping projects on task, and monitoring company cash flow. He combines his experience in Project Accounting with his aptitude for Project Controls to ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of both ITAC and its clients.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He volunteers as a soccer coach and enjoys playing golf with friends.
