Kayla Jones

DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE SERVICES | ASSOCIATE

Kayla Jones serves as the Director of Employee Services at ITAC, where she leads a dynamic team responsible for driving strategic initiatives across talent management, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development to support a diverse workforce. With a blend of experience in business, education, and human resources, Kayla focuses on creating an exceptional employee experience that aligns with ITAC’s mission and values.

Since joining ITAC in 2018 as part of the Business Development Group, Kayla has held multiple roles across the organization, each enhancing her holistic understanding of the business and its people. From managing a team of 60+ onsite service employees to driving initiatives that boost employee satisfaction and retention, Kayla has consistently demonstrated her passion for fostering growth and collaboration across all levels of the company.

A proud Longwood University graduate, Kayla earned a degree in Business Administration before completing a Master’s in Global Marketing Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Richmond. Kayla’s diverse educational background complements her professional journey, which began as a high school Business and Marketing teacher. This foundation in education equipped her with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire – skills she has seamlessly translated into her HR leadership at ITAC.

Outside of work, Kayla is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and enjoys spending time with her husband and two fur babies, Bandit and Brodie.
