Manager, Project Management | Associate Shareholder
Mark Wolfsheimer has over 38 years of experience in engineering and project management for industrial clients. For 20 years, he worked for Fortune 500 Pulp and Paper companies in operations and corporate engineering.
Mark began his career at ITAC in 2001 as a project manager and has managed all phases of the project life cycle from initial scope development and capital project planning through checkout, startup, and turnover. His many responsibilities and strengths include leading multi-disciplined project teams, supervising project engineers and consultants, specifying and procuring mechanical equipment, developing scopes, estimates and schedules, coordinating and managing construction, and planning projects and outages. During his long tenure at ITAC, Mark has continued to serve Pulp and Paper clients as well as the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Tobacco, and Food and Beverage industries. Mark has managed engineering and design-build projects with TIC values ranging from $5,000 to $100,000,000.
With a passion for developing processes and mentoring employees, Mark was promoted to Manager of Project Management in 2018. In this role, he is responsible for training new engineers and project managers on ITAC’s APM® methodology, a detailed project management approach that assures client success on every project. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his sons and sailing on the Chesapeake Bay.
