Phil Blaschke

Born in West Africa and raised in a uniquely challenging environment, Phil Blaschke developed an early appreciation for perseverance, adaptability, and solution-driven thinking. Growing up in a primitive setting helped form a foundation rooted in tenacity and an “outside-the-box” mindset—qualities that continue to shape his leadership approach today.

Phil is a proven executive with more than 30 years of experience and a strong track record of success across industrial and commercial services. After graduating from John Brown University, he began his career in industrial manufacturing, where his responsibilities quickly expanded into more complex industries, roles, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, Phil has remained deeply passionate about project management and the people who bring projects to life.

When asked what has driven his success, Phil points to his commitment to servant leadership, data-driven business strategies, and empowering teams to perform at their highest level. He is known as an approachable leader who places a high value on service excellence and long-term customer relationships.

An avid reader, Phil credits two major influences in his professional development. The first is leadership expert and mentor John Maxwell, whose teachings have profoundly shaped Phil’s approach to business. One quote that continues to guide him is: “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” The second influence is Phil’s continued education through the Sandler Mastery Series, which blends a deep understanding of people with practical, results-driven strategies.

While Phil has held many unique professional roles, none outweighs his dedication to family. Outside of work, he enjoys carpentry projects, time on the water, and has had the privilege of coaching each of his children to a high level of competitive soccer.
