Teresa Meade is the backbone of our employment strategies and works tirelessly to see that all employees are well cared for and ready to thrive.  She takes the time to understand both the employer and employee needs and finds solutions to creating a winning corporate environment.

Teresa’s career at ITAC began in 1990 as an Administrative Assistant to the President and the company’s first 16 employees.  Coming from a large family in the small mining town of Big Stone Gap, VA, Teresa is a people person and uses her experience in the legal field to communicate clearly with accuracy, love and respect.  Now, at a leading design build firm with over 500 employees — or what Teresa calls the “ITAC Family” — she has built ITAC’s employee services based on compassion, trust and integrity.

Teresa graduated from Mountain Empire Community College with an Associate Degree in Business.  Her strong faith and family values drive her actions.  From managing the hiring process to ensuring a culture of excellence is developed throughout the company, creating “Raving Fan” employees and clients is Teresa’s true passion.
